Word of the Day – Tinkle
First, the “I’m feeling lucky” button on Google pulled up something other than a definition. This seems like a cool, interactive site for kids. But it left me feeling incomplete as far as “definition” goes, so I Googled that next.
Word of the Day – Ilk
So this is a word my husband uses often. Basically, in my own definition it means “sort” or “kind.” He usually gives a couple of options and then follows it with “something of that ilk.” But I decided to hit the “I’m feeling lucky” button on Google anyways, and here’s what came up:
