The Revised Top-5

It is time to introduce the new list. There are slight changes, but most importantly someone has been bumped. Introducing MATT GIRAUD. He made the cut after a very steamy dream…

I’ve decided to boycott the rest of this season’s American Idol because Matt is gone.
 
I really wanted to see him in the top 3 and I believe America got this one wrong.
 
We know that Adam is the best, he just seems to be in a whole other league – he will get deals beyond Idol and I feel his time should come to an end. I don’t want him to win, because in essence, he’s already won.
 
I’d like to see Allison in the top 3… I like Danny a lot, but I feel he’s done his time as well. And Kris… well I think I’m pissed MOST that Matt is gone because Kris is still in… ‘nuf said.
 
So I will continue to support Matt Giraud and I hope he continues his way in the music biz.

    Wow…Ewan McGregor as #1??? The only award he should get is #1 cardboard actor. He has ruined every movie he has been in for me. Matt Giraud does nothing for me and I don't think he's that great a singer, Kris Allen definitely was same with Adam. Danny Gokey, another example of liquid cheese although extremely aggravating at the same time…not to mention he butchered Dream On.Hugh Jackman, gorgeous. Robert Pattinson, pretty gorgeous too (I know where they are filming and I really hope I get to see him!) and James McAvoy, he's kinda creepy, especially in that photo.Well that's my two cents lol. I'd add some celeb names myself but I'm not a huge fan of drooling over unattainable guys, although it is fun. You should do a list of old movies stars before they got…old. Robert Redford in Butch Cassidy…wow.

    k agree to disagree on this Ewan is freaking phenomenal, but i suppose it's a matter of opinion. but he is sooo NOT Cardboard lol. I know that he's not for everyone, but i can't see anyone saying he's a cardboard actor… I love Matt Giraud, i've been finding all sorts of his music and i just can't get enough.Pattzy is cute in an awkward way and Hugh and James are probably gonna get bumped soon. i loved James McAvoy for a while, but i was also watching Penelope everyday

    Definitely agree to disagree…Ewan McGregor?! I just don't get it…and I still think he's cardboard.Kris allen was cuter, and a better singer..hence him winning.Rob…definitely cutely awkward :pHugh…gorgeous man.James…nope.So now that I have just completely repeated what I said before…

    All of the people on the list and in your response is just a matter of taste and personal opinion. I think it's great that we don't all like the same guys :) however, Kris – terrible. don't even get me started. He was cute until he opened his mouth. Then he went all crooked face. and his voice is forgettable. American Idol was a sham. I'm not saying my Matt should have won by a long shot – i blogged about that too.but the only reason Adam didn't win is because his career will go a lot further without the AI contract. Kris needs it or will get nothing. After his one album, he'll be forgotten completely

    I disagree, Kris had a great…well he took something and made it completely unique, look at what he did to Heartless, it was amazing! Then again I do favor a more indie vibe. And his crooked face was adorable! I agree with you about Adam though, I'm glad he didn't win, the runners up have always been more successful, except Kelly Clarkson. Adam will go far (hopefully) and with his voice and talent he deserves too.I'm glad we don't have the same tastes in guys. (I still don't understand Ewan though lol) There are not enough men in the world for us to all have the same tastes, plus it would be boring, everyone would be talking about the same guys and I imagine there would be many catty moments.

    i think what it was about Kris for me was that he was forgettable throughout the first half of the competition. Yet he just kept coming back. Never in the bottom 2 etc. I stopped watching after Matt left lol – that was my tribute to him (i did watch the finale). But my husband kept watching and he said that Kris was doing really great, and showed improvement… so i guess he earned it.i just feel that Matt didn't get enough credit. If you youtube some of his clips (or just mosey on through my blog) you'll see that when he's not on the Idol stage, he's pretty incredible. Particularly his appearance on Ellen. I know so many people that saw him do that and say "why didn't he sing like THAT on Idol" lolas for Ewan. mmm. that's all i can say. I have a soft spot for Scots. You really didn't like Moulin Rouge? I thought he won over everybody with that role. Here are some smaller movies i suggest: Little Voice – great movie and Ewan is not the main character. Rogue Trader – Ewan is the main character and it's based on a true story…. and of course Trainspotting. You hear his real accent :)

    Yea Kris was pretty incredible near the end. I watched Matt on Ellen, I still don't like him but it was way better than his AI performances.Nope Ewan ruined Moulin Rouge for me. I've seen of Little Voice but it got on my nerves so I turned it off. The only movie that he is in that he hasn't ruined for me was that one about Beatrix Potter.
