I'm glad I bring happiness into your life, but I know there could be/should be more.<br/><br/>It's like that old saying - you can choose your friends but you can't choose your family.<br/><br/>Thankfully the "true" family that you have is the one that is open to everyone and doesn't judge. I know this doesn't make the actions of the "other family" any easier - but at least you know you're loved deeply.<br/><br/>Time can heal a lot of things - maybe some people need more than others... It’s like that old saying – you can choose your friends but you can’t choose your family.

Thankfully the “true” family that you have is the one that is open to everyone and doesn’t judge. I know this doesn’t make the actions of the “other family” any easier – but at least you know you’re loved deeply.
